User Activity allows you to view the users’ activity related to Move-Ins and Move-Outs, Payments, Notes, and Changes on Cloud from your District Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, and Accountant. If you’d like to access this option, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Operations.
  2. From the drop-down, click on User Activity.
  3. This is your main screen.
    1. Click here to view the activity of a specific user or all users.
    2. Click here to view the activity of users for a specific date range.

The ‘Activity Overview’ tab gives you a quick overview of rental reservations, reversed/voided payments, payments, delinquencies, unit transfers, etc.

The ‘Exceptions’ tab gives you an overview of the applied credit, adjusted PTDs, and reverse/voided payments for the date selected.

The ‘Move-Ins / Move-Outs’ tab gives you an overview of the move-ins and move-outs of the selected date range, including any discounted rate move-ins plus the sources of those move-ins and move-outs.

The ‘Payment’ tab is another way to view the ‘Collection Detail’ report. It provides the same functionality as opening the report from Reports > Collection (from the sidebar) > Collection Detail. However, under this section, you’re able to filter the collection detail based on a specific user.

The ‘Notes’ tab is an excellent way to view all the notes applied on Units based on all or a specific user at the specified date.

The ‘Activity Graph’ tab provides you a quick overview of all or specific users based on the selected dates, and it’s broken down further by hourly activity. It also allows you to view between what hours your facility experiences the most activity.

The ‘Changelogs’ tab allows you to view any changes to tenant’s information or any changes to your Cloud settings. If you suspect someone changed a setting without permission, you can verify that under this tab.
