Keeping track of tasks and notifications for your storage facility has never been easier. With QuikStor’s Cloud Self Storage Management Software, all of your alerts and notifications are quickly and easily accessible from the dashboard.
Two icons that signal when there are important notifications that you can look at.
- Tasks Due
You can view a notification by clicking on the notifications window. You will then find the most recent notifications for the facility.
You can click on the notification and it will go directly to the unit that that notification pertains to.
If you want to mark all the notifications as read, just click on the 3 dots icon on the right side and click on Mark all as read.
Clicking on the icon will take you to the task management section where we can see all the tasks due for the facility. This will have both user generated tasks that you create through Add New Task button as well as automated events that are created by the system during overnight processing.
If you click on an automated event, it will give you an option to open a report or complete it.
If you choose to open the report, it will open the report so that you can view which credit cards have been declined.
Going back to the Task Management Section, you can slide the slider to just show what tenant or unit related tasks you have.
You can click on the link to go to the unit or you can click on the title to open up and see if the task. Once you are done, click on complete.
In the case of automated tasks, if you want to select a series of tasks all at once, you can check the select all button. And then you can set those to complete or delete.
