The Converge portal is the portal where Elavon customers can go to view information from their processor. Please contact Converge Support at 1-800-377-3962 if you have any issues. This article is just for informational purposes.

To refund a transaction, complete the following:

1. Log into the Converge Pay portal. If you do not know your login, please contact Converge Support at 1-800-377-3962. You will need your MID. IF you do not have it, please reach out to [email protected] and we will help to the best of our ability,

2. Click Payments SETTLED BATCHES.

3. Select the appropriate batch.
Please note: Batches are always one day ahead of transactions, i.e a batch for 12/25/2021 would show payments for 12/24/2021.

4. Find the appropriate transaction and select ‘View Details’

5. Click REFUND ISSUE REFUND COMPLETE.
