If you are experiencing problems with a specific unit not receiving their delinquency charge or notice, click on Change Info for the unit.
Click on the Misc tab. Under the Delinquency Options, ensure the proper settings are configured.

If you are experiencing problems with more than a handful of tenants not receiving their delinquency charges and notices, please follow the steps below.

  1. Please check your Process Configuration settings. You can find these from Configuration > Site Management > General Configuration > Process Configuration.
    Verify the name of the Process and ensure that Runs During Overnights is toggled to Yes. Otherwise, delinquency charge and notices won’t apply.
  2. If the settings from (1) are properly configured. Head over to Delinquency Configuration. You can find these settings from the same page. Click on Delinquency (on the leftsidebar) > Delinquency Configuration.
    • Verify under the Days After column if the correct days are setup for each delinquency. For the Lien Sale to run correctly, please ensure the Expires After (Days) matches Days After, in blue rectangles.
    • Verify under the Active? column that the delinquency notice or charge is set to Yes.
