Overnight Processes are considered one of the most important features of Quikstor Cloud.

During this process, Cloud essentially “closes out” the day and starts a fresh one. It creates your Daily Report, Bank Deposit, and Collections reports. Along with generating invoices and applying delinquency actions, auto payments are processed during this process.

In the rare event you login and are met with a prompt letting you know Overnight Processing did not run, do not panic. Please follow these steps and report the issue to Support by emailing [email protected] or utilizing the “Help” button when you click on your Username in Cloud.

Step 1, Go to Operations > Run Process Manually
(Note: If you do not see this button, you may not have access to this section. Please refer to the owner or management of the facility. Quikstor will not change these permissions under any circumstance.)

Step 2, click “Select All” > “Run Selected Processes“.
(Please make sure to double check WHAT processes are running. Quikstor Support is not responsible for user error. )


Step 3, Wait for Overnights to finish! Depending on the size of your facility, Overnights can take anywhere from 5-15 minutes. If it takes longer than that, please don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected]
