Read this article to learn how to Add or Delete a unit from Quikstor Cloud!

To Delete a Unit:

*Before you begin, please make sure the unit is VACANT. The unit will not delete if it is occupied*
Step 1) Go to Operations > Site Management
Step 2 ) Select “Units” along the left-hand column, then select the “Unit Setup” tab.
Step 3) Find the Unit you wish to delete, and select “Remove“. Confirm your changes.
Step 4) All finished! The unit is now deleted. If you run into any issues, please email us at [email protected]

To Add a Unit:

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Please make you have set up the Unit Type before trying to create a unit. The Unit Type is a template that you create that has all of the unit information such as: Length, Width, Door Type, Storage Type, Monthly Rent, and Security Deposit. Setting this up is crucial to adding a new unit.

Step 1) Go to Operations > Site Management
Step 2) Select “Units” from the left-hand column, then select the “Unit Setup” tab.
Step 3) Select “Add New
Step 4) Find the Unit Type you wish to create from the drop down menu, and enter in the required information.
Step 5) All done! Your unit is now available for use!
