The Lead Management screen is where you can easily see your Reserved or Waitlist tenants at a glance.

There will be times where you may need to set a reminder for a tenant on the Lead List. This article will go over creating it and viewing it!

Creating a task

  1. From the Cloud Dashboard, select “Leads” from the top menu bar.
  2. Find your Lead and select “Create Task”
  3. Give your task a title, set the date and time, and any other relevant information then select “Save”.

Viewing or editing your created task

  1. From the Leads screen, select the Calendar icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Find your lead on the Calendar and use the appropriate button to Complete, Delete, Cancel, Snooze, or Edit the event.
