Cloud has a variety of different options for Reservations to meet the needs of your facility.
To start, select Configuration then Website Editor.
(Note: If you do not see this option, your user role may be limited by the facility owner. Please refer to them for additional permissions. Quikstor Support will not make these changes.)
The first page you will see has the “Reserve Options” listed.
In this section, you can:
– Turn on and off online reservation capability.
– Change how many days your facility will hold an online reservation
– How you want Cloud to handle an expired Online Reservation. (Notify or Clear)
– How to charge customer for Online Reservation (Zero Down, Security Deposit Only, Percent Discount, or Full Charges)
(Note: If you select Security Deposit Only and see no security deposit being collected, please ensure your Unit Type configurations!)
