CloudGate is an easy to access menu that grants the user an easy-to-understand Gate Interface for use with Infinity Keypads. There are many screens and options you can view and configure here, but in this article, we will be going over the Tenant App settings!
The Cloud Manager / Tenant app is a single application available for download from the Google Play store or the Apple App store.
It is found by searching, “QuikStor Cloud” into your respective store, and depending on what credentials you put in, you can log into the manager or the tenant side of the app.
Cloud Gate can be accessed from the top menu bar, as seen below.
Within CloudGate, there is a section called “Tenant Gate App Settings”.
These settings include the Site ID, Latitude / Longitude, Message to Display when out of range, and Distance from Fence for app to work.
- Site ID – This is a pre-configured ID created by us. The format follows the first 3-4 letters of the site name and our internal database ID for your facility.
- Distance From Facility – This value creates a virtual perimeter around your entered Latitude and Longitude coordinates. Your tenants can only enter when they’re within this range of the keypads.
- Latitude / Longitude – These settings tell Cloud where your facility is located. If you need assistance getting your Latitude and Longitude values, please don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance.
- ‘Out of Range’ Message – This displays a message to your tenants alerting them that they are not in range to open the gate.
