Tenants will have codes added at time of move-in associated with their tenant accounts, however there will be times when facility will want to provide access to the facility to a repairman, trash company, etc.
That is where the Non-Tenant code section comes in. Each code can have a name, code, keypad zone (which keypads they have access to use), and time zone (what times they are allowed on the facility).
This article will go over setting one up. If Non-Tenant codes are not working on the keypad, please make sure your gate software and the Third Party Import tool are running. More info below.
- Third Party Import Tool – https://cloudhelp.quikstor.com/cloud-gate-third-party-import-tool/

To start, select Cloud Gate from the top menu bar on the Cloud Dashboard.
Select Settings along the left hand tab of the Cloud Gate screen.
The Non-Tenant Codes section is located on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Here you can add a new Non-Tenant code by selecting the green Add button.
You can also Edit an existing code, or Remove a code that is no longer in use.

When adding a Non-Tenant Code, you will be prompted to enter the Name, desired key code, Keypad Zone, and Time Zone.
Make sure to Save your work and Cloud will send the Non-Tenant Code to the keypads.
It should take approximately 45-60 seconds for the code to make it to the keypad.
